AcuGraph Upgrade for Beta Testing

Congratulations on being selected as a Beta Tester for the new AcuGraph system—and thank you for your willingness to assist us during this transition.

As discussed in the webinar, AcuGraph CS offers several service levels. Your next step is to select your upgrade path and begin the process. Based on your current AcuGraph 5 usage, some service levels may not be available. As part of the upgrade, we will verify your existing account, recommend the best plan, and prepare your data for migration to the new system.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR BETA TESTERS

The process for upgrading has been created and is available at the bottom of this page. However, there are some special things to be aware of as a beta tester. Some of the information at checkout WILL NOT MATCH WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE AS A BETA TESTER.

For Example: During the beta period, all users are limited to one measurement probe. Additional probes will not be available at this time but will be offered at the official launch. As a Beta Tester if you choose a Clinic Plan which includes 2 probes, you will only get one probe during the beta period. At the conclusion of the beta period we will send brand-new final production probes to ALL BETA USERS. Users who select a Clinic plan now will automatically receive 2 probes when the final probes are delivered. All Beta Users will be required to return the original Beta hardware when the new final hardware is received.

Additionally, Beta users will not be charged for service up-front, but will receive an initial 30-day trial of the system. There is a flat $29 shipping fee that will be paid up-front for all users, including Beta users. At the conclusion of the trial, your account will begin billing at your selected service rate, and credits will be applied against charges until all credits are expired. Beta users will receive "Beta Credit" in addition to the "AcuGraph 5 Credit" that will be applied at the time of account migration based on the remaining pre-paid AcuGraph 5 service for the account.



What to Expect

Today

We will begin by verifying your upgrade eligibility and helping you select and purchase your AcuGraph CS Beta account.
• Enter your email address at the bottom of this page to get started
• We will review your AcuGraph 5 account
• You will receive a recommended service level based on your usage
• If multiple options are available, we will present all eligible upgrade plans along with applicable discounts

Note: There are no Archived Patients in the new AcuGraph CS software. Patients marked as "archived" in AcuGraph 5 will be transferred to AcuGraph CS as a regular patient record.


Once your Beta account is activated:
• We will prepare your AcuGraph CS agreement with Beta-specific terms
• The agreement will be sent via email for your review and signature

After signing:
• You will schedule a 1-hour upgrade appointment (typically about one week out to allow time for hardware delivery)

You may continue using AcuGraph 5 until your upgrade appointment. Additional instructions will be sent by email.



At Your Upgrade Appointment (≈1 week)

Before the appointment, you should receive your new AcuGraph Measurement Hardware Kit.
Please do not open it before the appointment.

Be prepared with:
• The primary computer currently used with AcuGraph 5
• The device you plan to use with AcuGraph CS (computer or iPad—may be the same device)
• The unopened AcuGraph CS Hardware Kit

During the call, we will:
• Complete your full migration from AcuGraph 5 to AcuGraph CS
• Walk through setup and answer any questions
• Run a test graph to confirm everything is working

Once the upgrade is complete:
• AcuGraph 5 will enter permanent read-only mode
• All future use will be in AcuGraph CS

At the end of the call, you will complete a short survey about your initial experience.



Timing

Most upgrades take under 30 minutes, but please plan for up to 1 hour to allow time for:
• Data migration
• System walkthrough
• Test graph
• Completion of the survey
