Step 1: Make sure your AcuGraph Probe is plugged into your computer.
Step 2: If the probe is plugged in and you are still experiencing problems, click here to download the AcuGraph Probe Device Installer.
Step 3: Run the Probe Device Installer (downloaded above) and follow the on-screen instructions.
Step 4: Unplug your AcuGraph probe from your computer, then re-connect the probe to your computer. Start the AcuGraph software and perform a new exam.
